All payments made through Paydoot.com are final and non-refundable, except under circumstances specifically mentioned in this policy.
Once a payment is successfully processed and credited to the respective credit card issuing bank or financial institution, Paydoot.com cannot reverse, cancel, or refund the transaction.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that the correct card number, amount, and other payment details are entered at the time of the transaction. Paydoot.com will not be liable for errors made by the user.
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
Failed or Unsuccessful Transaction : If money has been deducted from your card or bank account, but the payment has not been updated against your credit card within 7–15 working days (depending on the card-issuing bank’s settlement cycle). Users must notify Paydoot.com by emailing support@paydoot.com within 15 days of the transaction.
Duplicate Transaction If the same credit card bill is paid twice for the same billing period and account. Refund will only be initiated for the duplicate payment after verifying with the respective credit card issuing bank.
Duplicate TransactionIf a technical or system error at Paydoot.com’s end causes an incorrect charge or failed posting of payment.

Paydoot.com will acknowledge your request within 2 working days. The incident will be investigated with the payment gateway and the respective credit card issuing bank. If verified, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of confirmation. The credit may reflect in your card or bank account depending on your issuing bank’s policies.
Refunds will not be entertained in the following cases:
Paydoot.com gift cards or wallet balances, once purchased, are non-cancellable and non-refundable due to regulatory restrictions..
